Who can participate?
Intermediate to Advanced High School Cyclists

Riders must be 14-18 years old

Riders must have ridden a 20 mile ride at least once in the last year

Must have previous experience in a Ride Up Grades program or other established cycling program - or be able to demonstrate bike handling in person or via video before camp,

How to fuel your body on and off the bike to prepare for endurance riding or racing.
DESTINATIONS: Coney Island, Owl's Head, Fort Tilden & Prospect park are on the planned list for this year!
SOCIAL EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
Self-determination, teamwork, finding your own self worth, goal setting and the ability to rise to the occasion are critical to our group rides. Rides progress in difficulty and technicality as the team progresses their skills. A positive attitude is a must - we are here to feel good, ride bikes, and have fun!
