RACE READY WINTER TRAINING

2023 was the inaugural year for the Ride Up Grades team.

In the 2023-2024 Season, we are re-launching this program as Race-Ready Winter Training.

Interested in Race Training but need support? Ride Up Grades can loan you an indoor trainer and set you up with training systems and race registrations.

​

Using the CIS Training System, riders are gear up to race at the Harlem Crit.

Participants from our camps or other recognized youth cycling programs are welcome to apply for the 2024 season. Applicants from external programs will need to have letters of recommendation.
